BBC period drama Little Dorrir and Churchill biopic into The Storm will head the British charge for glory at this year's Emmy Awards, with both dramas receiving multiple nominations. The adaptation of Charles Dickens' is up 11 gongs including Best Mini-series of honor, while the actors Tom Courtenay and Andy Serkis both received a salute to their supportive roles.
‘Little Dorrit’, which stars Matthew Macfadyen, Pam Ferris and Sir Tom Courtenay, was the surprise star of the show at Hollywood's Nokia Theatre. It was named as best mini series and snaped up awards for outstanding writing, directing, art direction, costumes and cinemarography.
‘Little Dorrit’, regarded as a neglected Charles Dickens work, was aired in Britain last year. The costume drama tells the story of the changing fortunes of the Dorrit family who emerge from the Marshelsea prison for debtors to discover they ate heirs to a fortune.

Sam and Freddie show their viewers how to make "Spaghetti Tacos". Food TV enjoyed their presentation, and called their apartment to tell them that they were going to be interviewed. During the interview, "Ricky Flame" comes in and challenges them to a "Food Fight", a knockoff of the real Throwdown! with Bobby Flay, competing over who can make the best Spaghetti Tacos. When the iCarly gang wins, Ricky is crushed, and quits cooking forever. The iCarly gang try to cheer him up by tempting him with cooking, but his head falls in the salad. Later, he sends them a video, telling them to meet him at the wrestling ring. When they get there, Ricky is wrestling little kids because he figured out that he doesn't like to cook, but he likes to win, and when he's fighting kids, there's no way he can lose. Then Sam brings him down, and the show ends. Meanwhile, Spencer has a vision of the future when he is shocked by Sam's new 100 volt locker security system.

Information technology major HCL Technologies announced that it has entered into two five-year deals for a total value of $113 million (about Rs 544.57 crore) with US-based energy management firms – Oncor and Energy Future Holdings to meet their IT requirements.
While HCL will connect and support Oncor's corporate functions, grid management operations and other community-based field service centres, for EFH, the company will manage its IT infrastructure landscape comprising data centre, voice and data networks and end user computing services, HCL Tech said in a statement.
The deal with EFH is estimated to be worth $80 million, while the five-year contract with Oncor is worth about $33 million, it added."With this new contract (with Oncor), HCL will be investing in both the utilities sector and in Texas, through the development of a worldwide Utilities Center of Expertise in Dallas, which will research and develop technologies to help transform the way energy is generated and delivered to customers around the world," HCL Infrastructure Services. The software exporter will also provide service desk and desk-side services to about 3,600 employees of Oncor, which operates the largest electric distribution and transmission system in Texas, US.
A mystery creature in Panama was beaten to death by teens on Saturday. Four teens came upon a mystery creature in Panama while they were walking on near a cave in the city of Cerro Azul. The four teens were terrified of the mystery creature, which has subsequently been named the “Panama Mystery Creature in Panama Beaten to Death by Teens Monster.”The teens subsequently killed the mystery creature in Panama and threw it in to a pool. Once the teens were done, the mystery creature was found dead.
